While we will try our best to be accurate with estimated costs, both at the beginning and throughout the organisation process, things sometimes change beyond our control. Should this occur then we aim to inform our customers immediately. Once all arrangements are completed we provide a comprehensive summary detailing all costs incurred.
Our services cover all the needed arrangements for the complete funeral within Finland. We can also arrange transportation of the deceased overseas. When we arrange transportation overseas, the coffin which we deem to be suitable for air transportation is a two piece coffin with the outer part being made from wood and the inner part from zinc.
We require advance payment before we can progress with arrangements and start to arrange the transportation. The estimated cost amounts to something in the region of 2400€ (excluding transport/flight costs). The price of the transport is dictated by the airline based on the total weight and measurements of the coffin and is beyond our control.
